The Cardiff and Vale Health Branch offers dedicated caseworker support for members employed outside the NHS. Our caseworker provides comprehensive information, support, advice, and guidance on various work-related issues, ranging from basic pay queries to assistance with disciplinary and grievance procedures.

We cater to members working in private care/nursing homes, domiciliary care agencies, private hospitals, GP surgeries, dental practices, pharmacies, and more. Additionally, we offer information on how to become more involved in the union, available union training courses, and the numerous benefits accessible to UNISON members.
